Brittney and team are completely amazing! Brittney helped me buy my first home in 2019. I sold my home in August and closed in September 2021. The entire process was smooth and very easy from a buyer & seller perspective! The team communicated with me every step of the way and was always super responsive to all my questions and concerns. Brittney was awesome! We were first-time homebuyers and she helped guide us through our first home purchase. She helped us negotiate an offer on a property in a competitive market, and we ended up buying it below asking price. When we had some snags with a repair that wasn't made to our satisfaction, she went to bat for us and didn't miss a beat. I am a foundation contractor primarily in Collin County but all over DFW for 18 years and met Brittney through a mutual friend. In my business I have dealt with 1000’s of transactions and have met awesome and unfortunately terrible real estate agents. In my opinion an agent who is more concerned about her clients best interest rather than the sale of the home is an awesome agent and that’s how it is supposed to be. Michael and Brittney are our go to realtors! Our family has relied on them for the purchase and selling of several homes. The most recent has been more difficult for them due to being out of state, yet they have handled every detail of the selling of our mothers condo, who had recently passed away. Brittney Bryson our realtor was amazing to work with, her friendly personality she was always prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable of the area. Brittney went above and beyond to help us sell our second home. As we lived out of state,Brittney worked with us just over the phone, and she was just a text away to answer any of our questions. We had some unfinished remodeling that needed to be completed, within two days Brittney had painters, cleaners etc on site finishing the job.All I had to do is wire the money and the job got completed, within 5 days the house was ready for market. After two days on the market we were under contract and got so much more for the house then what I was asking. Thank you Brittney for selling our house so fast You did such an outstanding job!

Brittney Bryson is the absolute best! She worked with us in so many ways. She was VERY patient with all of my questions and kept assuring me that it was definitely going to be stressful but to trust her and the process. She advised us on what improvements to make to get top dollar for our home of 31 years. After listing our home, we had around 50 appointments in just 2-1/2 days and received 20 written offers which helped drive the price up over our asking price. We closed on the sale 30 days later!
